I have purchased electronics from Croma or Vijay Sales. They are far better in customer service. Unlike Bajaj Electronics, they dont treat their customers as transaction. In bajaj electron - sanju bachi (5★): I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Sandeep for his dedicated efforts in addressing our Eureka Forbes Fully Automatic technical issue. He coordinated seamlessly with the Eureka Forbes team and ensured that the problem was resolved efficiently.
His professionalism, patience, and commitment to cu - Minakshi jangir (1★): I had a very bad experience with Bajaj Electronics. I purchased a microwave oven along with an extended warranty, for which I paid an additional amount. The extended warranty service is handled by a third-party company, Onsitego.
Despite the warranty being active, they are giving unreasonable excuse - Anil Kumar Veernala (1★): Very disappointing service.
After billing and making the full payment, I had to do multiple follow-ups just to get a response. Now, after all that, they’ve informed me that the product is not available. Why not check stock before billing? Totally unacceptable.
