- Gunuganti Ajith (1★): I hold an SSY account with SBI JP Nagar (Hyderabad). Two years ago, when I visited the branch for a simple passbook statement printout, I had to go four days in a row. The first three days, I was told the printer wasn’t working. Finally, I got it done on the 4th day.

Now I’m in India again, and I - DineshKumar Nair (5★): Evcellent and Homely atmosphere Branch, Even a non home Branch customer, I have previlage to avail very cordial services by Branch Manager for my Bank related issues of Maharastra and Kerala Branches of SBI.

Its been 10 days neither branch changed nor received any message for delay..
Staff in new branch says u need to visit that branch again - jaya sree (1★): I have visited the bank on 1 st Saturday to KYC update, it was not my home branch as per the communication through messages and emails I can update KYC in any branch, but they are telling that will be possible only in home branch because it was on STOP even the KYC update team is also not available
- Ravi Shankar (1★): Might be the worst batch in the whole of India. Both staff and printer doesn’t work in this branch. The lady staff have other avocations and depend on one lady helper/runner. None have banking knowledge. Really pathetic to see the staff here. You need to visit this branch multiple times for the same
