- neekosam fifty (5★): Rent is low compared to others in the area, good and secured place but the problem is the care taker doesn’t do the cloth pressing service have to get it done outside in the near by area. Road connectivity is good due to new roads. Summers they charge water bill extra i think which is normal in Hyde

Every 9-10 months these guys will increase rent. Increase is not going to be 500-1000.
It’ll be 3-5kI’ve staying here since last 3 years.
They’ve increased the rent 4times in these 3years. I started with 8k and in 3years now they asking 16k
Worst part is, that every summer they’ll ask yo - Amruta Patil (3★): Decent neighborhood families in Apartment. Watchman family and landlord are good people. Rent is also ok as compared to the area.
Only problem is road and water shortage in summers. Also the air ventilation is low..as apartments are not constructed as per norms of municipality. Distance between 2 a - Sravika Gajula (5★): 1BHK’s available for rent!!
