I was charged ₹3,80,000 for a service, only for them to increase the price arbitrarily after payment. After repeated follow-ups, arguments, and promises of a refund, they completely stopped responding. Calls and messages
- Asha Tatapudi (1★): Worst experience – completely fraudulent team, made me pay 3.5 lakhs offering discount and committed to the requirements. Just before execution, went back on their commitment and removed discount plus said no warranty etc. since May 3rd I’m asking and following up for refund, they stopped responding
- Ramani Ramani Tata (1★): Pathetic service, face commitments and fraud mindset. Don’t fall for their trap, they just make you pay money and your struggles start there. Overcharging price, removing warranty, make the customer distressed and lose hope. No one responds or resolves beyond a point, don’t lose your money and peace
- Girish Sai (1★): Wasted 2+ hrs. Pathetic customer service. I went all the way from Patancheru which is close 10 km to this place and they didn’t give a damn to address my requirement. Looks like paid reviews. Strongly recommend not visiting this place. Local hardware shops are much better.
