- Uday (1★): The worst bank, they will promote as all their services are free and you will have lots of benefits but that’s not true. You will be facing hell of issues and be charged heavily. Never believe anyone in the bank. You better choose other banks for loans or stocks.
- Kishore Naidu Lachubugatha (1★): I came here to open an account, but there is no parking available. I realized after arriving that the cellar parking is reserved strictly for bikes and employees. If you park your car nearby, the traffic police will issue a challan. No point of having account here.
- Praveen Basavathini (1★): Worst employees, home loan agent booked home loan kyc then we went to branch then employees arrogantly ask who booked and whom it is assigned without asking booking ID to check in system. I can see their arrogance nothing else.
- Abdul Maajid (1★): ICICI Bank has one of the worst services I’ve experienced. This ATM branch has 5 machines, and every single one is either out of service or out of cash.
