- venkatesh ladi (2★): Store and offers are good however you need to wait in line for atleast 10 mins even though it’s not Busy time.. always new staff, they don’t know how to bill.always seek help from other billers. It delays overall process of billing
- Hemanth Vasantha (1★): I purchased sprouts atleast 7 to 8 times, where atleast 4 times i got fungus mold as a complimentary with sprouts though i purchase exactly on the packed date, i doubt if KPN fresh is just changing the stickers of dates on sprouts box and keeping the same old stock for sale.

- Kiran Vanka (1★): Every time I see only 1 billing desk and lot of customers stand in Q. If we ask other employee to come in for billing, even they will not respond at all and if we ask again there response will be rude. Worst KPN….
Vijetha and Ratnadeep is so better. One more thing is display rates will be less and - Ramesh Ch (5★): I like the billing system sent to mobile. Vegetables and all grocceries are fresh and rates reasonable. Very neatly maintained.
