• SrinivaS P (1★): Irresponsible. They filled in wrong medicine after reading the prescription and claim it to be right. No refund policy. Simply not accepting their fault and arguing with the customer. Not the behavior expected after a genuine mistake from their end..

• Lakshman Sai Challa (1★): Worst thing I’ve faced .. In google it is showing till upto 11PM it was open.. At 10:50PM IST i have reached to the medplus, still shop is opened but they are saying it’s already closed.. they denied to give me the medicines.. better to shutdown medplus in hyd city.
• sirisha jlr (1★): The new location is very far as this is not really walkable for elderly patients. We live in kphb 6th phase and used for 6th phase medplus branch. It would be great if you can reopen their atleast for couple of hours or alternative days.
