Good infrastructure and hi speed excellent internet banking.
The problem is with the staff. Only few staff are dedicated.

Actual location is Miyapur cross roads near sai ranga theatre - anand sh (3★): Lower officer staff in the SB section lack knowledge about NRI accounts.Two times I was directed to meet the Chief Manager for clarification.However the Chief Manager was helpful in sorting out a petty issue.
- Rajat Gupta (4★): Bank is located on the main road on your left when you go from Chandanagar to Miyapur allwyn. It’s quite spacious and like a decent size branch. I usually don’t have to wait much for my query or service required
