Never ever go to the Vasanth Nagar Post Office to open an account or get any work done. The main employee there is completely useless and unfit to be a public servant.

- Manipatruni Vvhprasad (1★): Single window staff deployed is most incapable as a public servant. Staff always guide the customer as avoid his/her job. If the staff is beneficial they will take up the job, otherwise, customer always will routed to other branch. Staff should immediately to be changed for customer services. Other
- Balakrishna (1★): Every time the staff proposes going to the JNTU post office for any type of post, they just say the ‘server is down’ if you ask more than once. There’s no point in having this post office in Vasantha Nagar if they won’t help.”
- Dont Judge (1★): Of no use for speed post parcels. Worst staff. No manners to deal with people. They say Speed post parcel doesn’t work here anymore. I don’t know the reason for its existence. It is the same scene 365 days.
